Car parked in handicap lot, yet security guard does nothing about it

STOMPer makanexpert spotted this car parked in a handicap lot in Loyang Point and reported it to the security guard on duty but he did nothing about it.

The STOMPer wrote:

"I was at Loyang Point when I spotted this car parked in a handicap lot.

"I took a photo and went to the security counter.

"The guard on duty was 'busy' reading the papers and didn't bother to do anything about it."
